Dee Quinn

BSc. M.I.A.P.T. BA.
As an avid sportsperson with a Degree in Recreation and Leisure Management from Waterford Institute of Technology and following a slight diversion of only 15 years in the financial services industry, I realised that my passion lay elsewhere. I wanted a more fulfilling career that combined my interest in helping people but that also drew on my knowledge of the sports and recreation industry.
Having obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Health Science with distinction and qualified as a Physical Therapist, I founded Optimum Physical Therapy.
The ethos at Optimum is to provide excellent patient care in a reassuring, relaxing, and friendly environment. What’s more, at Optimum the service is not solely focused on the treatment but also on providing patients with the advice and education that will empower them to take control of their own recovery, thereby enabling a more successful return to optimum health.
